These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and purchases of our OEM-compatible gasketed and brazed PHEs. Orders and Payment
All orders for plate heat exchangers are subject to acceptance by OnePHE. Upon submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation with details and estimated timelines. Pricing is provided in quotes and may vary based on customization, quantity, or market conditions. Payment terms require full or partial payment before production or shipment, as specified in the quote. Accepted methods include bank transfers and secure online payments. Late payments may incur additional fees, and OnePHE reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders. All prices exclude taxes, duties, or additional shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Shipping and Delivery
OnePHE strives to deliver PHEs promptly and securely to support your project needs. Shipping methods (air, sea, land) and estimated delivery times (air: 3-7 days, sea: 10-30 days, land: 5-15 days) are provided upon order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, logistics, or unforeseen events. OnePHE is not liable for delays beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting issues within 7 days.
Product Warranty and Returns
OnePHE warrants that our plate heat exchangers are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery, under normal use. If a defect is identified, contact us for repair or replacement, subject to our inspection. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, undamaged products, with prior approval. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. Custom or OEM-compatible PHEs (e.g., for ALFA LAVAL, GEA) are non-returnable unless defective. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
Limitation of Liability
OnePHE’s liability for any claim related to our PHEs or services is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or operational downtime, arising from the use of our products. OnePHE provides PHEs “as is” for specific applications, and you are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your systems. We make no additional warranties beyond those expressly stated. These terms comply with applicable laws, and disputes are governed by the laws of China.
